MURCH Refund & Returns Policy

At MURCH, we’re obsessed with quality. Every piece of apparel we create is built for athletes who push limits — and we stand behind our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Below is our full Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
- Underwear or socks (hygiene protection)
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at shopmurchsa@gmail.com with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (required for faulty items)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- For faulty items, MURCH will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping after inspection.
We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service. MURCH is not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or product?
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund
- Customers cover exchange shipping unless MURCH made an error
6. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll fix the issue at no cost to you.
A product may be considered faulty if:
- There is a manufacturing defect
- It arrives damaged
- It differs significantly from what was advertised
You may request a replacement, refund, or store credit.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t reflected after 10 business days:
- Confirm with your bank or payment provider
- Contact us at shopmurchsa@gmail.com and we’ll investigate immediately
